Mr.Torres was our very own tour guide when we visited salt river bay. He lived on st.croix for several years & has been studying our home during the time he lived here. He showed us the bio luminescent bay and inform us about the dinoflagellates that live in the bay and glows at night. He toured us around the whole area and we had a fantastic time. Thank you Mr .
